Unfortunately, yes... I try and do it in one fell swoop for Noah and the neighbours - normally a weekday when everyone is out (I take the odd day off).

Funnily enough, a neighbour with a serious nuisance barking dog had the temerity to call something out last week. I took great delight grinding and hammering some more She'll be getting a letter from the Council sometime this week

9er, believe it or not, most of the welds were that even... there were some that were not though (but they don't make a good picture )

Did the final install and a bit of grinding. There's still a bit of welding to be done from the other side, but the internal elements are complete. Just a bit of seam sealing to do. I'll final prime and paint the interior body colour later. I'm treating the dash as a separate component - but it will be satin black as per the factory

Nice work John. Must be very satisfying to be returning, at your own hands, the old 911 to its former state of structural integrity that these cars were so renowned for in the first place.
