Looks like the original might have died and been replaced with an incorrect one.
They are NLA but I happen to have one so if anyone knows the new owner let them know I would be happy to help

I think that photo of the rear wiper switch on the blue car may be a bit of an optical illusion with a reflection of the switch showing on the highly polished instument binnicle and in part due to t he angle of the photo
here is the exact same car some years ago with the photo taken from a different angle
it looks factory to me in this one
