very, very good..... and super cool..... will be interesting to see where it ends up. And it comes with the period Toyota Dyna truck apparently.
It has a significance for Australia and New Zealand - so I think it will either remain here or in NZ.
Or somewhere else? What do I know.

I remember there was an article in Australian Christophorus about the car when it was restored.
The late John Harvey (of HDT fame) drove the car in period and was reunited with it - circa 2011?
All race cars have had some sort of off during their career - but I think the incident occured around 1975/76....
Car has been well restored now. And impoprtantly used in anger.

This car was at Rennsport 2013 in Sydney. I took a few pics of it as Jason from Chequered Flag did all the resto work on it. Ian Henderson had found the wreck whch I had heard about as being stored in the backyard of Reg Mort. His house was in west heidelberg and apparently had a few sheds out back filled with various P-car bits. The shell of this car was hidden under several sheets of corrugated iron and time, weather and rust had not been kind to this old shell.
Jason Carroll at Chequered Flag managed to piece it back together to resurrect the car into what it is today. It was actually run at eastern creek at Rennsport (in anger) and I think Ian drove it but dont know what happened with it after that.
Here are some pics I took including of the storyboard in front of the car which details some more history. Anyone know what price they are asking ?
Also at the meet was Allan Hamiltons old ST owned by the Bowden Collection (at the time) and Alan was invited to drive it. I think he had a bit of trouble squeezing into the race seat but managed to drive it respectably quick on the day. IMG_2000.jpg
