FS Rolex U serial 14060 Submariner and Tudor 79170 Big Block

    hi,

I need to thin the herd so treat yourself to a great Christmas present. Prices are firm. Chrono24 for comparison prices.

First up is the quintessential 'poor man's' Daytona, the Tudor 79170 Big Block. Watch is mint, complete with all boxes and papers, hang tag and booklet- note that the out box is for a 15730, correct for year not for watch. $6250 AUD payment by direct deposit only.

Also for sale is a classic 'no date' Submariner. U serial form 1998/99. Watch is 9/10. Bracelet has its original divers extension which the makes the clasp a bit iffy but I wear the watch with a nato strap (couple included in the sale with spring bar tool). Complete with all correct boxes, papers, hang tags, booklet, calendar and anchor. $6750 AUD payment by direct deposit only

So what have you got your eye on buying ? or have you bought something new already ?
I used to have a Tudor Chronograph in steel. Wish I had kept it as they are very collectible now. At a glance it looks like a Daytona.

I'd being eyeing off the new ' Batman' GMT's like yours but this came up and i jumped at the chance- very last of the pre ceramic bezel Daytona's

so, not so much thining the herd, but solving a debt crisis ... and yes the 79170 is easily mistaken for an early Daytona, Rolex crown etc

Best wishes with sale Craig..... if I add to the herd I feel I'll live to regret it.... much as I love the big block.

But im delighted with my Tudor Heritage Chrono. (the same as yours Cam) ... I'll satisfy myself with that!
