Many will have seen this advertised elsewhere, but as I know some here on the forum are not Social meida junkies, I thought I would pop it on here as well... Selling my Australian-delivered 944S2 in guards red, genuine 217,000kms. Uprated 968 anti-roll bar, front strut brace, short shift kit & Koni’s all around including front adjustable coil overs.
Paintwork is original and has recently had some love from Colin Osborne @ Pro Auto Solutions. Interior is in excellent condition, original seats & carpets are in good condition, all electrics work as they should including the sunroof - the only blemish is some cracking in the dash, which is common. I have successfully repaired vinyl dashes on other early Porsche cars I have owned, but never got around to it with this one. The car was fitted with a Brown Davis 1/2 roll cage for one PCV track event in 2019, however fitting points are not noticeable with the original interior back in place.
All recent servicing & maintenance has been carried out by Cascone AutoSport, including brake flush/bleed with high temp fluids, new power steering belt & new front tie rods. Timing belt was replaced in 2014 - less than 7000kms ago!
The car comes with a comprehensive service history, all original books, brochures, manuals & a “thank you” letter to the original owner from Porsche Cars Australia. Also includes original tool kit, unused space saver spare etc. This car would make a perfect candidate for a collector wanting to buy an excellent Aussie-delivered 944S2, or could be used for Porsche Club events or track days if desired. 1/2 roll cage, race seat, harness & a set of genuine 968 rims with Advan A050’s available by negotiation.
This car drives great, handles great - a very strong performer all round. Regretful sale, but I have bought another historic race car so I need the space/money/brownie points!
