Although it's leather it would probably do
they must have just got some in stock and look to be the same as the one on eBay from tangerine911 for about $3200 landed, bloody expensive.

Big price difference to getting the one I have without the removable speaker grille recovered for $500 ish

Cheaper at Design911 and almost certainly the same dash, but again, it's leather not leatherette/vinyl. Seems like the "correct" vinyl reproduction RHD dash is out of stock everywhere now, which is not good news.

I will email them but I had already ordered and paid for the leatherette one only to find out they have no stock and no eta
they don't show on their website if they are in stock or not like some of the others

So I bit the bullet and bought a leather one from Design 911.
It looks ok however the leather has next to no grain and it pretty smooth so it looks nothing like the door tops and knee pads I had recovered by Dash Original which were to match the dash they were making but couldn't deliver.

Should the finish on the dash, door tops and knee pads be the same?

Update- upon having a good look at the new dash there are a couple of spots where the glue has let go leather has come away resulting in air bubbles about the size of 50 cent pieces.
