              Chris,

              Look at the pictures of them in period.... they rode quite high.

              We are just to accustomed to seeing them lowered or on low profile tyres.

                    I don't think it is buchery at all mate. Have a look at some of those forward dated, backyard hack jobs around and they could claim the blue and white apron. They are no rules, everyone is allowed to do anything they want to do as long as it is done properly.
