Just wanted to say a huge belated thankyou to Ash for gifting me his old door cards. (I've been working in South America for the last month.)

I have started to clean one of them up and it has come up very nicely. The speaker cover is just there to cover the old hole.

My original intention was to have a sample of some original basketweave to possibly take a mould off since it's nearly impossible to get original looking coloured basketweave over 36 inches. Not sure how far I'm going to get....
