I had a similar problem not long after purchasing KYJ.
The first thing I thought of was fuel starvation - caused by gunk in the tank after being in storage for about 10 years, The small filter at the tank outlet was blocked- only letting small amounts of fuel through.
To remidy the problem I had Mike Tankard fully restore the tank, both inside and out. The inside is now coated with a polymer used in aircraft tanks and the problem should never happen again!
This cost about $700 - plus $5 for a new filter
Apparently according to the post above - this is a saving of approx $US19500 and I know stuff all about cars. (that's a technical term Hugh - not bad language)Peter Williams #049

They don't have the most wonderful reputation do they?
Still they have the most wonderful sense of colour when it comes to Porsche engines don't you think?
And the MotorMeister Racing sticker is just to die for.......Must be at least 5hp just thereCam Arnott
