For Swaps - 68 / 69 Door Handles

Hi All
I have this pair of 68 - 69 handles that I would like to swap for some nice chrome 1970+ door handles.

These handles suit rechroming in my opinion as they were scuffed up and painted satin black - arh the 80s again...

The better of the two has had its button locating channels worn away and can now spin. I assume this is fixable..?

Rubbers are definitely usable and quite supple.
