Good to hear from you Adam.
This is the view from my local. I was standing on the rocks that were dry on top (pink spot).
When the set waves came in (about 10 in a row) that whole area went under water (except the dry tops) and turned into a torrent.
From a foot deep in the low section of the pool to shoulder height.
