German day 2019

Previous couple of years quite a few 901 members have come down to this event in St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.
I’m hoping that this year will be no different.
Any interest in a catch up at the show, and breakfast beforehand?

I am up for breakfast and the show. May have a kid or 2 with me.

We used to go to Mart - not sure if that has been rebuilt? Alternate could be Jack The Geezer in Middle Park.

I'll be there - brekky and show. It's a good day. We need to get together at such events as a club more often rather than just chatting on the Forum...and along that line of thought, I had a cuppa with Joyce (Ossie Blue) today and we've tentatively decided to organise a midweek run around Wed 21st August. (See Joyce's thread on that subject under this topic). This run is likely to be on the Mornington Peninsula and will be a relatively easy but interesting drive with lunch at one of the many great venues the area has to offer.

Indeed we had excellent weather with bright sunshine most of the day. It certainly drew the crowds out to view a large array of cars. BMW was by far the most represented marque there but there was also plenty of Porsches with a good number of 901 members showing their cars.
