    Flinders Motoring Heritage 2025

    Hello TYP901 (Vic) Members

The 2025 Flinders Motoring Heritage show is to be held (as usual) on Easter Sunday 20th April 2025.

Many of us in the club have attended this magnificent car show many times in the past .... in fact Club President Clyde has won a few awards including Best in Show last year (see photo in gallery in the attached information and entry form)

If you wish to attend this year please complete the entry in the link hereunder. When entering you will be asked to enter your vehicle make (Porsche) and Club name (TYP901 Register) and you should request to be parked with our club vehicles (unless you are entering your car for judging where you will be in a separate area).

If you register for the show please post here so we have an idea of how many of us will be there.

I have entered Peter, in the judging area again, going to confuse them by bringing a different yellow car this year.

My resto car was recognised which was very nice.

Amazingly I was approached by a gentleman suggesting he was the cars 2nd owner (it was a WA delivered car) and he sent me some old pics and undoubtedly he was the cars 2nd owner.

He was an ex Vic living in WA and drove it across the Nullabor in 1983 and promptly traded it for a 2.7 Carrera 1975 Targa in red of
course. Love the mix and match rear end from the 1983 pic, part F series part G series

Probably cookie cutters from delivery but love how they used centre light, numbers plate panel and bumper guards from a 74 onwards.

Not sure why you would do that on an 8 year old car different times and values of course.
