A new club drive is planned for Sunday September 14th.

Route has been changed to be in Sth Gippsland due to Westgate roadworks and lack of interest in the longer run

Please indicate if you wish to attend apologies not needed if you can't.

Meet at the bakery in Tooradin we depart from there at 8am sharp.

Hi Carl,
My car is finally back on Austrlian soil but stuck awaiting customs clearance at holding facility (was sent following image this morning and looks like the West Gate bridge in the background). Not sure ill have it registered in time and regardless might be a long trip given its had very little usage for 18 odd months if i include the restoration and transport from UK to AU. Hopefully can join the next one.

Yes I am familar with those holding pens having imported quite a few cars over the journey. If you get lucky and get it registered in time you can always do the shorter version as it surely needs a good workout after all that time.

OK lack of interest plus more bloody roadworks next Sunday on the Westgate (thanks Mr Upwey for alerting me) has forced a change of direction for this run.

Instead, we will do some of the great Sth Gippsland roads that have not done for the past couple of years. I will update to route later in the week and advise of a starting location however 8am will be the starting time.

Definately be shorter than the originally planned run allow 4 hrs approx.

Departure point is Tooradin at 8am sharp
