Some wrong with the home page?

I can get to the forums easily, but the home page seems to indicate a memory issue. Uploading a picture of it fails too.

Seems we had an information highway incident and the wheel bits stop turning, roadside assistance was given and we are on our way again at top speed.

I seem to have new problems possibly with the Forum software platform. First when I add a post and then hit "Post", it gives an error message and I find I have already posted without doing a thing other than writing the thread. It is either hinkey or intuitive. Second, when you attempt to edit an image in an existing post that you had made (say from Thumb to Medium) the system generates a thread of machine code that seems to creep into the post itself?

Did it again - When I click Post I get the error "Empty Response", as it is already posted ....
