Correct positioning of 70S horns

On the left is a NOS set of Bosche BANJO horns minus one bracket (started sometime during 70 model up to mid 73 model) on the right a set of Mixo TRUMPETS with brackets (mid 73 onwards).

I have some correct snail brackets somewhere but could not locate currently

Yet another restoration rabbit hole..

I'm trying to figure out what horns I need for my '70 T. At some point the original ones got a good coating of stone guard.. I'm guessing when the exterior was repainted. The parts catalog shows that '70 T's (and E's) had 902 635 102 00 which doesn't look like it matches what's on the car currently. SMC have a replacement set https://sierramadrecollection.com/91...et-p18547.html and says they replace the "original trumpet style horn", but from above comment it appears trumpets didn't come in til '73..

Thoughts?

Is there no chance of saving them Gavin? They worked fine previously....I’m searching some part numbers for you. I believe there may have been up to four different part numbers for the horns depending upon export region.
