I’m sure you will have a stunner once your “light detailing” is done. I just think the colour is great.

Looks like a good purchase - Alex gets some great cars.
            Such a good colour too.
Looking forward to seeing it brought back.

              Great history

Owned by the Ted Baker, lead singer and song writer for Unicorn, a 60's/70's UK rock band that almost rivalled The Eagles. Ken wrote songs for Dave Gilmour of Pink Floyd fame and Dave produced 2 of the Unicorn albums.

Purchased by Qantas pilot in 1979 at same time as 2 other pilots purchased early 911's one black and one metallic green. Driven for 3 more years and returned to Australia in 1982.

While in the UK it was photographed at Stonehenge, travelled to Monte Carlo for the Grand Prix and also did laps at Nurburg ring.

Lived with same Qantas pilot owner in Perth until 2017 when Alex Holland purchased and I traded my 430 Ferrari to him as he is more of a Ferrari man and I am more of a Porsche man. He did not like the driving experience at all he told me. Trade made sense for both of us he got a great Ferrari I got a cool 73 911.

Will keep me off the streets for a while getting it into good shape mainly just 46 years of wear and tear to reverse.

Too late to confess, when you outed yourself in late Sept on DDK . There are no secrets in the Porsche world. Better show them your new masterpiece RSR.
                  Cheers

Sounds to be a good pick up Clyde. I am in the dark model wise apart from a 1973 with S front bumper!

It’s an E with full S trim from new, sunroof, Recaro sports seats, electric windows and rear wiper.

Sounds pretty special Clyde E with nice factory options and a bit of provenance thrown in for good measure.
