I read today that some who fitted a Wevo coupler into a car with a 901 transmission reported increased transmission noise.

Did you experience that?

I have the Weave coupler and the full shift kit installed - Shift with both is rifle bolt sharp - but I would say you do get more box noise than the std coupler. I would suggest improved shift is worth the extra noise.

I fitted a wevo PSJ into my sporto and it made an enormous difference.
I also took apart the shifter mechanism, cleaned it and redid all the bushings etc.
It shifts beautifully and well worth the effort and cost.
