Battery cutoff's- is there a more elegant solution ?

    Hi,
The 2.4 has spent it's life hooked up to a Ctek trickel charger without issue.
Batteries needed replacing about 18 months ago.
I was surprised to see a fault indicator on the charger when I walked past the car yesterday and my investigations revealed both batteries completely discharged.
I'm assuming some sort of parasitic battery drain that the Ctek hasnt managed to keep up with ?
Anyway, both batteries charged up fine and I thought the best course of action was to fit an isolation switch.
The best I could find at Repco was the usual terminal cutoff, they look awful and the knob is not quite clear of the body work/ battery box.
Is there a better solution ?
    thanks

There are these - the red switch is removable when turned off.

So you need two for early cars if you're cutting -ve... Can't you do it with a single switch and cut +ve..?

Switch between battery and the +ve leads (1 in from other battery, 2 out)...

OK, I think this would work for a standard "red key", but apparently not for the ANBI thingo...
