Nah, I'd have to buy the right tyres for them.
I've got lots of other goodies for this car, but not ready to fit until I or somebody else pulls the trigger to paint.
Just use it as is for now and enjoy it for what it is.

I have had a set of Maxlite Fuchs and they are excellent wheels (their wheel nuts are also good value). I also have had a couple of sets of original Fuchs restored by Depulu over the last couple of years and the results are impressive. Making up one set I had 2 x already restored and dipped Harvey Weidman (USA) Fuchs which I sent to Depulu to reference match with the other 3 Fuchs I needed to be restored. When returned in three weeks I couldn't tell the difference between all 5 as they were all perfectly matched.
Depulu certainly may have gone up from $600 a rim, and it was only an extra $100 a rim to true them and repair them if required, but it was half the price of the chap in Melbourne.

        Thanks everyone, very helpful.

Slight tangent - is the spare on a 1969 911S meant to be a deep 6 with hearts too? I thought I read somewhere it was only a flat 6, but I could be wrong... If it's a deep 6, I need one more 1/69 wheel :-(

Think it depends on the petrol tank ? If you are running the 85l plastic tank I think only a flat 6 with the space saver will fit, i think ...

69S only had metal tanks so discount the space saver issue I thought 5 matching wheels but not 100% sure that is right. Will do some searching.

68 and 69 s driver manuals show Fuchs spare.
(generic pic tho as looks to be earliest 4.5x15 Fuchs in images ).

Well I have 2x 1/69 and 2x 12/68 deep 6 with hearts wheels. I'm torn whether to add 1 more of either, or if I should stick to just 1 month.

Also the 12/68 wheels are polished (below)... should be anodised right? I'm in a "wheel" mess haha
