Changes are as follows
1. If car has never been registered in Australia must also have VASS Certification before proceeding to roadworthy stage.
2. New applicants required to have several dated photos of all sides of the car engine chassis and any other ID markings which the club must hold on file and supply should Vic Roads audit our member base.
3. Roadworthy now required by Vic Roads for all new applicants (formerly just our club rule).
Thats about it unless your car is highly modified in which case opens up a whole new can of worms that I am yet to fully understand the implications of.
