912/356 carb tune wizard

Can anyone recommend the best place to have a 356/912 tuned? Running webber carbs. I will learn to do this myself (as now have 2 carb cars) but have no time right now.

Wilson Carbs in Airport West are supposed to be Weber gurus, no personal experience but I have heard of them.
