I reckon I enquired about this car when it was originally advertised when we were looking for our first Porsche. I am sure I had the owner send me a pile of photos on the rebuild at that time, which would be 3 or so years ago. While it was very very nice there were a couple of significant drawbacks.

Was priced at the top of the heap, but had been changed from factory specs.

A similar car to this was sold out of Qld into Canberra about 2 years ago, I believe.

That's the one!! Took forever to sell and from memory was well sub $100k.

Great quality resto, gorgeous colour but I assume everyone was hung up on the conversion factor.

Black rock motors were trying to sell her early last year. but has now appeared @ Weltmeister when I was there 3 weeks ago - big ask on price. Whilst I was there saw a stunning blue G? series there / tartan seats / lots of $$ spent (ex Matt Stoupas car).

That was a good buy back then. Not sure about the recent money being asked but as always it’s never the real amount.
This would have to be a $150k car..... wouldn’t it?

At that time we bought a 73T which was also an ex US car that was pretty nice and nicely converted for $35K and a matching number 78 build Aussie 930 with 130,000kms for $75. so you be the judge.

All three 901's at Weltmeister "sold" this week after a recent price adjustment - anyone know where they went?
