it certainly doesn't look like one...
it presumably doesn't have very many parts, if any, in common with one...
it presumably doesn't drive like one...
it certainly isn't priced like one!
so... is this seller committing an offense by labelling it as a 356?
(as a parallel to the current times, this is similar to the discussion on fake honey, and should "vegan honey" be allowed to be advertised as such, when it has absolutely nothing to do with bees nor honey?!?)
