His best offer wasn't what he was after so keeping (apparently).
Would have been good at $16k with fuchs. Shame I didn't see listed till it was too late (sold within 4 hours of listing)

Rare private import when new, previous owner for 30+ years. Factory 1600 engine, 5 speed manual, 4 wheel discs, factory radio, Fuchs wheels, new tyres. Black interior. Bonnet needs paint.
Asking $16,000 but will negotiate.
