      From the pics I think the condition starts with "F" but I don't think "fair" is the right word...

            So if rust buckets like this are asking $16 grand, what's a good one worth ?

              This thread reminded me of a 912 that was on ebay about 6 years ago . It was abandoned at a storage yard in Epping and finally ended up being bought by someone in the UK for over A$10,000.

              With rust this bad, I cannot understand how some people feel they can still resurrect cars like this economically.

              Are buyers really getting this desperate to get into early 911's ?
