Saw this one a few times while at Mark Poole's.

Want... but in sleeper guise with a flat 6.

Stunning. Is that the original sound deadening in the engine bay?

Quite a price for converted lhd and non matching motor. Very tidy car though.

I agree Tim. Just when I thought that 356's were in relative decline ... Bit too much of the rat-rod for my liking in the stance, but could be fixed.

I think this is over priced by about 200 grand.

            Cheers,

            Harry.

BAsed on recent sales, I would think a $130-140K car...

                  Interesting timing...

I am in the market for a 356. PM me if anyone has something between $70 -$100k. ABC, needing work okay, outlaw or full resto required.

There was a UK RHD '64 SC on gumtree for $130 for a long time ... only sold a month or so ago I think.

Kind of wish I had bought the matching numbers lhd 356b roadster that I looked at a couple of years ago for $100k .... I'll just add it to the list of cars (and houses) I should have bought once apon a time..

                          Don't feel bad Mark.
I didn't buy that roadster either(actually this one was factory Rhd). One of the best decisions I ever made along with the other 356 that I didn't buy.:p

Tim's is a great little car and a lot fun to drive.

                            Cheers,

                            Harry.
