    Office Clean-out REDLINE BMX 1990's

Downsizing from a 10x10 office to something alot smaller, so more my office bits & pieces are on sale.

My Redline RL Chequecard BMX bike is for sale - owned for 12years. Had sympathetic restoration then. Just sits in my office as a display!

Knowing alot of the members are my age or younger were probably into BMX in the day! So offering it here first. (Wanting to go to a good home!)

So it's a rare Redline Chro Moly frame with all the good bits & pieces ie tuff wheel etc.
    Wanting $1850 ono.
Pick-up from Mount Martha, but can deliver to CBD.

        Beautiful!

I was sponsored by Skyway back in '82 (makers of Tuffs). And no, the freezer didn't straighten buckles!

            My Ride

My ride 1982-87. Everyone had a Redline or a 'Goose and I wanted something different. I knew every inch of that bike, used to take it apart and clean it.

Sold it to buy my first car, a Lorinser Golf - idiot! (bike sale not Golf)

Funny, I bought the 901 10 years after I first got the BMX.......

I want a DB Silver Streak back for my son if anyone hears of one !

Flashback! Ride my BMX to the Milk Bar, buy a packet of Peter Jackson 15's (easier to hide) and ride to Merri Creek for a quick smoke. Loved my BMX. Those were the good old days!

And what about the classic movie BMX bandits. Tuffs are still super cool. Love the bike. Just wish I had more room.

I too had a Redline in the early 80s. Dad had a friend who went to America and bought back some trick Bullseye sealed hubs and bottom bkt for my birthday. Boy did I get Rad after those were fitted!
