    FS - 1986 Carrera 3.2 Cabriolet

You all know that G-series cars are the new black, so here's your opportunity to buy an excellent example of one...

    1986 911 Carrera 3.2 cabriolet
    - Australian delivered, matching numbers, delivered to Melbourne
    -162,500km
-Full service history, and only four owners
-In excellent mechanical condition, and is a very tight driver
-Very good & even compression across all six cylinders
    -Just had 160,000km service
-Guards red, original paint in very good condition.

For those who haven't driven a 3.2, they have a really lazy engine with loads of torque. Driving a 3.2 is a really nice way to get around town without the physicality and effort required of an early car.

Was asking $63,000 now asking $59000 ono (with more price flexibility for 901ers)
This is a good amount less than other cabriolets on the market at present. Get in quick.

        No's

        Some numbers to reference:

251 x G series Aus deliveries 74-89 were cabs (Cabs were offered '83-89)
        + 40 x G Speeedsters

Compare this with over 1300 coupes and over 400 Targas

Cabriolet's thus = just 12% of all impact bumpers delivered here.

          Numbers look good stew!
Have you looked at total cabs build within the 83-89 model year?

That's it- 251 only- the 911 Cabrio's were 1st released in '83 and went through to '89 before all the knuckleheads (in the main) ordered tiptronic 964 Cabs from 1990....

              Ah,
No I was talking total built. I have calculated 28,535 cabs/speedsters between these years (83-89).
So 251 (5 available on carsales right now) in Australia is low compared to the nearly 30 thousand cabs made total.
