A couple of little parts needed

Does anyone have either of these spare?

1. inner door lock knob/lifter thing?
2. the plastic washer/sleeve that goes between the door trim and the underside of the window winder/crank?

Bit of a PITA to order from overseas. Happy to pay in your favourite beer etc (or good old fashioned cash...), plus think of the good karma that will flow...

I don't have a knob worth bragging about, but the inner sleeve thingo can be replacaced using a Toyota Corolla thinga-magig....
