I remember the car... bought recently off the 2nd owner for about half that price I'm led to believe.... but who really knows?

The car was purchased in Hong Kong by the 2nd owner in 1974, and sold last year with 9800 klms on it.

Its a lovely car, but I'm sad to see it's being flipped, so soon after it was purchased.

I don't know the circumstances, and you can shoot me down for being a purist but I'd rather see these cars being used, and enjoyed rather than as an investment vehicle. If you love the car and its value appreciates during your ownership then that's a just a bonus in my book.

Sadly I'm not in the league to buy the car, and I wish whoever buys the car well, and hope the that the vehicle is used, loved and appreciated for a long time to come....

I just wish I could go back to the mid - late 1970's with a Tardis the size of a 4 car garage with a few briefcases full of cash!
