WTB-Brake line grommets

Hi there

Would anyone have a pair of these laying around or suggest somewhere locally.
They go on the brake fluid lines through the firewall behind the brake pedal

I tried Porsche but they have none in stock (2 weeks from Germany) and I don't want to pay $50 to get them from Sierra or Stoddard
