    Early Targa Roof

This is an early targa roof that has been in storage a long time. The top must have seen some sun in its day and stitching and trim is average. Flip it over and it's in very good condition with lovely underfelt and the rubbers in top condition. I believe it is complete and not missing anything - I'm sure a targa owner can correct me if I'm wrong. I do know this top was on a 68 year targa. The sunvisors are from the same car and the plastic trim is grey and appears to have been painted black. They are rigid and not puffy.

Hard to price these, I've seen some pretty outrageous prices asked. I'm asking $1000 for the top and visors plus actual shipping. Email me at ossiblau@gmail if you're interested.

Likely correct year sun visors as early visors had those /grey/bone plastic pivot and later had black.

Need some higher res and bigger photos John so people can see how good it is

          Hi All.

Clyde has helped me out and suggested this roof is a 69-72 version based on some tell-tales he can see. If anyone is interested in it I'm happy to take better photos of specific areas to help (I know nothing about Targas).

And I'll certainly take advice on price if I'm off.

          Cheers
          John

Price is fine John guys will spend that in the USA to buy a crappy frame to rebuild.

As Clyde says the frame and rubbers alone are worth the money. I also happen to have a kit to recover a Targa roof incl black vinyl and some of the padding. Whoever buys the Targa roof might be interested in these so send me a PM.

I sent you PM on the recovering kit. I've had a couple of interested people.
