            As Clyde says, this is Chris Huergas' car which is being sold due to a divorce (I think).

            The car was privately offered around a few months ago to R Gruppe members bt I think the asking price was around US$46,000, so the current ebay price is way off reserve (I guess).

            SO dont expect a real bargain here guys. the seller knows what its worth.

                  I tried, but to no avail .....

                  No kardex for the engine, although engine was in the right number grouping. Nothing to say it was correct ??

                      the original asking price for the car, in an email sent to all R Gruppe members, was US$ 60,000 (not $46K as I had earlier thought), so the sale price was close to what was asked.

                      The car probably has more significance in the US due to its R Gruppe heritage.
