    Hi Guys,

Have put my 911E back on the market, taking it back from initially selling on consignment.

Here is the advertisement in the trading post

    Some more details:
    • RHD conversion by original owner in 1985 when brought out from France
    • Matching numbers
    • Upholstery/interior in excellent condition, re-upholstered in red leather
    • 4 owners from new
    • Factory air conditioning
    • Restored 6x15 fuchs
    • Full History from delivery
    • Excellent condition inside and out
    • Mechanically serviced since owned by George Cairns

A lovely car Craig. Seems to have all boxes ticked for someone wanting to get a classic 901 - even the price is reasonable given current trends.
    Good luck with the sale.

Is there a replacement classic in the wings?............perhaps an old Beetle:p

PS Is 728 the build year/month?

Yes, there is a 901 replacement in the wings........and not a Beetle (have Dad's '54 on the backburner already!)

The number plate does not pertain to build date, was a plate I acquired a while ago!

      Cheers

Yeah and I know which one.

You need to ask me lots of questions before you tackle that project might even have some bits you need in the roof somewhere.

              Sold yet Craig?
If not, considering the discussion on another thread re the difficulty of buying a good original car, I suggest you jump the price by about $10,000.
Why not..........the Websters do it all the time

Car sold at end of first week once advertised outside of Forum, probably should have increased the price as had so many calls that my phone nearly melted!

Will post photos of the replacement 911 shortly........

                Cheers
