The 19x22 spanner is a tricky one - can’t even seem to find repros for them..

I got a combination of repro and original for my 68..... just acquired things as they came up.

Yes tool kits are a real slippery slope.

This one looks reasonable but not all there. US$ 600.

    There is also a complete kit listed on ebay for a 65/66 911 - US$12,000 !!

You will be paying drug money for original tools. Lucky you dont want original 356 Porsche tools. some of the wooden handle screwdrivers can fetch $1000 ea.
The red handled 10,000 volt screwdrivers from the 911 toolkit are also expensive ad hard to find. And even if you find some original tools, would you ever want to use them ?
If the repros are a reasonable facsimile these might work.
Posted below is a 72 toolkit which also has the special tool to hold the engine pulley when changing a fan belt. I used to haunt ebay buying up individual tools as they became available. You will also need the correct tool bag - ask Clyde which is correct for your year car. I think its the basketweave pattern one.
    Good luck with the search.

    Phil

More concerned about the font size...

What a mine field of minutiae tools are.. and well everything else Porsche...

Maybe I should just take the blue pill and get repros.. then I'll know they are repros.

    WTB: Various tools

I'm guessing this might be fruitless but here goes.. looking for the following for my '70T toolkit:

    Pliers
    19x22 double ring spanner
Any or all of the open ended spanners (8x9, 10x11, 12x13, 14x15, 17x19)
    Wheel nut wrench
    2x red-handled screwdrivers

I know repros are available for these but looking at genuine first...

    Cheers,
    Gavin.
Working...
