Thanks Phil for your thoughts and figures .
And also to Craig's and other members input.
Yes Sean,
I still have the occasional pang to move to something more modern .
It should also give Nicko an idea of where it's at.
Regards
Bruce

Hello fellow members.
Thank you for the input.
Yes a 72 0r 73 is going to command a fair price which I am well aware.
I was just putting the ask out there to see if anyone is inclined to sell or if anyone knows of a suitable car.
Good things are definitely worth the price !

The Gemini Blue 73S was probably an outlyer at the price it sold for and not truly indicative but 73S's are very rare and dont appear very often at all.

Hi Phil
Yes should be well north of $200K as you say.
Ready and prepared to pay.

Based on the recent sales of 72 and 73 cars, you will need well north of $200K (at least) to find something reasonable. Good luck with the search.

Hi Bill.
Yes I should have been clearer.
Chasing an Aussie car any colour considered.Matching engine would be great but not essential.

Hi Nicko,. You might need to be a bit more specific. Do you want an Oz delivery, a lhD, a converted car, matching numbers- for example?
I have no interest in selling my 72, by the way.....
