    Seats Wanted

    Hi Guys,

I am after a pair of seats to suit my 1971T.

The car will be used regularly, but my drive to work is only about 5-10 minutes. So something that is at least semi practical would be ideal (eg replica recaros), but I will consider all options.

The car interior is black so seats must match.

If anyone has a set of seatbelts I would also be interested

    Thanks

    Ed

I purchased a set of seats from Phil recently - they are fantastic.

I still have the comfort seats which were only refurbished a few month early by Blackman's.

PM me if they sound like they might suit.

          cheers

I bought a pair of Rallye ST seats from Phil for my 71T and can recommend them . They are very comfortable . they look great and they are great value . They also went in very easily .

Ok so at this stage I am thinking of the Sports Seat Replica.

What I cant decide is whether to go for basketweave or houndstooth.

The car is black the interior is black. Houndstooth may lighten things up a bit but will not wear as well as the vinyl.

I have never had vinyl seats. Do they tend to make you sweat more?

And he gave them to me ( thanks John ) and I gave them away as well . Comfort by name but not by nature .

I went with the cord Rallye ST rather than the vinyl as i think the cord is a bit cooler on warm days...

when they wear out from driving my car once a month or so (if i am lucky) then i'll get them re-trimmed...
