WTB - Boot/bonnet release knob & cable

Wanting the "t" shaped knob mainly but not sure how it attaches ?? to the cable.

Anyone ??

It & the cable end are threaded, so easily
Also available from your friendly dealer, about $20, for the "knob" can't remember the $$ of the cable.
