Advance notice!

Guys I've pretty much decided that I will sell my car. There are a few minor odd and ends that I will sort out over the next few weeks and I will be sending the car to Mark Poole to do a leakdown and checkover and to paint the bonnet to match the car.

There's not much on the car that I haven't played with or upgraded and a lot of money $$$ has been spent! Lots of receipts. I am happy to provide a comprehensive list of what has been done to the car . My plan was also to re-logbook the car in Group Nc which would allow for historic racing and rallying. It is currently logbooked as a Marque Sports Car.

Anyway I wanted to throw it out there just in case any of you might have an interest. I'd prefer to sell to a TYP901'er and might be persuaded to negotiate from the asking price of $87,500 for a member

I should point out that although the engine is race oriented it is also very tractable around town and the car could be used just as easily as a fun weekender

Just curious, are you running any anti roll bars? If so, what size? If not, do you feel its not needed with the t-bars/shocks etc you have?

Yes I am - Off the top of my head I think about 15 from and 18mm rear but I will check once the Supercars leave town

Yep that's the plan and part of the reason why the car will go to Adelaide shortly. No one up here from CAMS that can inspect the car !

The car is being dropped off to go on the truck to Adelaide next week.

On the advice of others and my own thinking I'm thinking high $80's mightn't be achievable in the current market, so happy to talk in the low $80's.......I reckon I've spent close to that on it!!! Anyway the market is what it is.

Still thinking about a Sandown farewell fang if there is no interest prior and then maybe consign it in Melbourne.

Club member sold his highly worked 2.8 twin plug Trag ready 911 for $79,000 recently on Car Sales. Some thought it was too low but it sold so I guess he was happy.
