Just looking, what do you think?

    Do I need another SWB?
The owner has noted the chassis number as 11830284. Can you tell just by the number if it is a US delivered LHD or a RHD. The research I have done suggests that the 4th number in of code, the #3 indicates it was a LHD US coupe that has been converted.
Please let me know what you think of the thing, I may be able to go down and look at it latter in the week. I probably would'nt pay the amount he is asking, but Iam just looking as I previously said.

No real comment on the car but I suspect Craig has the right idea.

If you need to know some chassis no info call Jason at PCA on 03 9473 0938, very helpful guy.

There is so little of the original car to use on your project... It might be fine for a track-hack or to part out for cash. Not sure there's $20k worth of stuff in it though.

Hard to see if its still SWB (if indeed it was a SWB - late 68 or early ??)) but I note it still has the old style rear lights . As Fishcop says, there aint much left if you are trying to get it back to original .

Stick with your current project and get that finished. Believe me I speak with plenty of experience in these matters.

Yes. Must stick with my current project. I can't have two, its hard enough with one. Thanks for pulling me up on that one.

You have two incomplete too, if I remember correctly. Take motor out of 914/6 and put in 901 ! Happy days

You could always come Group S racing in the yellow car.....
