    Australian Delivered 1969 T for sale

    Hi
    I am helping with the sale of a confirmed Australian delivered 1969 T - still waiting for Jason Pasco to confirm matching engine number. It has been with the same owner for the past 25 odd years. It is Light ivory with a red interior most of it being original excepting the front seats and seatbelts.

    At the moment it requires some tender loving care but is registered and driveable. Very dirty at present.

    Was repainted correct colour approx 15 years ago by Tony Cikaro of Modena panel/paint. Floors fornt pan and usual rust areas appear sound. There are a couple of bubbles on the lower section of the door and one smaller bubble just to the rear of the door. The sills appear sound.

    The car has had very little use over last couple of years and I mean very little and in the past 25 years has only once being driven out of Canberra to Binalong approx 1 hour away.

    Attached are some images. Will email more detail based on interested parties.

    Regards

    Michel

        There would appear to be a lot of potential in this car...

                    Yes, that's probably the direction I'll head - though the 'tone' of the red will need to match that of the exterior Ossi blue once it's done I think it'll be a wine/burgundy leather...

                      drum roll....the thinking is 45-48K though I have advised 45K with some real flexibility is warranted. We are organising for a body and mechanical inspection this week which will be avail to serious enquiries. Preference is to sell via forum or similar rather than general advertising.

                      I went for a drive in it today and it is fun. though needs brakes adjusted (pulls to right), no flat spots or hesitations, pulls hard temp gauge steady 190. Gear selection is ok though needs adjusting/bushes. I think though there is rear wheel bearing issue. All revealed this Thursday after proper check over. Still needs a damn good clean and a preventative service.

                      thinking I want to buy it! should also have confirmation on engine # tomorrow

                          Engine #

                          the engine number for the car 6190880.

                          can anyone decode the above number sequence? Mr Pasco hopefully will respond next week.

                              from the top of my head it is

                              6 = 6 Cly
                              1 = T
                              9 = 1969
                              rest is the production number

                              done!
