Check the striker plate to ensure the plastic components are still there. If they are, there's still a fair amount of adjustability in the striker plate position to ensure the door cam bites.

Hi john. Hope you're well.... The striker is brand new. It's the latch thats cactus. Off for a burn tomorrow through the hills with the crew - should be fun. I hope my door remains shut!
Roland, post a couple of photos, I can't see how your cam has worn out, as John stated there is a fair bit of adjustment in these doors.
I've been putting my doors back together after a full resto, playing around with shims and the striker plates, and the door mechanism itself, and have been supprised just how much movement for adjustment.
