I am not sure if this one has been discussed though...
How would you value such a car?Last edited by douglas; 07-03-12, 10:10 PM.Doug

Good pick up that will be Brian Powers old car owned by the Bowdens (Chris Bowden is ecureininvestments).
North of $400,000 based on recent sale price of a UK RHD car.
One of 6 Aussie cars one, of 110 RHD cars, rare car indeed from memory had a very hard early life big race track crash if I remember correctly I rememeber seeing it for sale at Hamiltons in the late 1990's it was red, not sure which red though, think thats what its meant to be. Price was $70k or about that at the time.
Bowdens bought it and maybe still owns it so would have been well treated in last 15 years.Clyde Boyer

You are correct that this Brian powers old car, and many people before him
The bowdens have had it for a long time now and have had it a a limited number of events such as speed on tweed (?).
It did have a hard life early on though as you mention but I don't know how much of that will show nowHugh Hodges

Apparently for GBP 210,000.00 (AUD 313,000) you can buy Jenson Button's old 2.7 RS...
And this RHD 2.7 RS sold at the Goodwood Revival last September for GBP 221,500...
