Just thought it was interesting as I took a set of front seats EXACTLY the same as fitted to this, to the dump last weekend.

Seems like a lot of money, if not Aus delivered.

A german delivered car, for comparison.

Stewart K has posted a fair blurb about it on Early S, definitely Australian delivered but seems to depend on personal opinion about the many changes to it since it left the factory.

I think it's a nice car. It would be better dialed back to its original condition (or close) which wouldn't be too hard. The $150k is just a bit too ambitious...

Those seats are indeed ... bold. I also gave away some similar, pretty good 74 Porsche seats last week to my local VW modifier.

I know the German delivered car & have driven it. It's not a bad car although it's not Australian delivered, it's converted from LHD & non original color (from memory the original color was green)....if anyone is interested they can PM me. My non scientific study suggests drivable non original 74's are around 65-75k, OK original cars 75-90k & excellent originals or highly modified racers 90-120k. Anything over 100k & buyers are shy for all but the very best cars. I would have thought the white one is at least 30-40k heavy ?

The German car would be a great base for a group sc racer
