It appears pretty complete - a full body inspection would be a must.

that's exactly the sort of basis i want to buy for my next project.

unfortunately the timing isn't quite right.... we did buy the house with 3 garages, but we haven't moved in yet and I don't think Kat would be too impressed if i bought this as a project before say a kitchen or bathroom...:p
