    '72 with a 3.2

A bit hard to look at but seems good buying at $22K http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Porsche-9...782c694&_uhb=1

Looks like an original RHD (lack of smugglers box) or well done conversion? Wonder where the original engine is - not that I would remove the 3.2 in a hurry - you are going to want to be quick when you look like that

Lots of work to get it back to a straight '72. Wonder if the side oil tank is still there ? but probably ditched with the 3.2 conversion to conventional location.

      See how long it lasts.

Not a 72 by the VIN, appears to be a '70, does not appear to be OZ delivered.

No paint tag or slam panel plate. Suspect it has a 915 not 911 trans.

Not surprising in my opinion, original RHD, been in Australia for a long time, great original colour and if it was the original engine was only replaced 5 years ago then it's whereabouts may be know.

And aesthetically you only have to replace everything to get it looking like a long hood again

"Tourist" delivery? Needed to be O/S for at least 12 months to avoid import duties.

VIN has been drilled. Is it a '69 912?

Can't check the info books at the moment....
