WTB Sport seats (M-#410)

Looking for some G series factory sport seats any condition. Any help appreciated. (see attachment)

A bit different but these were in my 911 when I got it (from the late 70's). I couldn't give them away on here then. I gave them to the local 'air cooled' repairer.

Look like the standard style in leather, they were in quite good condition Merv!

They were pretty good with nice runners as well. No one wanted them at the time. The PO was almost 6'10" and could not use the original seats.

hi, my seats appear to be like Merv's, but (I can't see the detail in Merv's) they have perforated inserts.

They are for sale along with complete bumpers, valances, Carrera tail, power window motors, bonnet, Porsche red reflector etc, but I haven't yet got around to figuring out what the prices are, and some has been asked for already.

Yep, there are the same, with the perforations. One of mine is now in a VW rally car and the other in a shed.

As you know Sean they are not the sports seats.

I had them in my 74 Carrera possibly the most uncomfortable seats I had ever sat in.

Some people call them turbo seat but this is incorrect as many turbos came with standard style tombstones not these optioned Recaro.
I foolishly passed on a set of these a year or so ago ($500 rings a bell) out of Nsw, because they were wrong color,plus excessive freight/re-upholstery costs . You live and learn...
