I attempted to start manufacture of these using my laser cutting supplier. It never quite eventuated as they had troubles getting the spring clip to work. We got close but only made a few samples. Not sure if I have any left at the office. Will check tomorrow.

I have one set of your samples and as you may remember the spring is way too strong/tight you need a crow bar to push them into place and then removing requires 3 men

Think there is a market for these if you could get the spring to work as it should.

Clyde, the springs need to made as 2 pieces of thin metal and this was the problem we faced - finding a spring guy who could make them.


the laser cutter I used in the past has closed down and all the CAD drawings they did , I guess are gone too.

There could be a market for these but not sure what the cost would be.
