    Swap/Trade/Sell - Early 911S engine cover

    Gentlemen,
I have a good rush free and straight early 911S twin panel engine cover/lid that is too early for my 911T. I've had it sand blasted and it is straight and corrosion free. It has some dents and needs bit of work to make it perfect, but it genuine and solid.
I would rather have the correct later (and more common) single panel lid on my car, and would be happy to swap or trade with someone who really needs this earlier version to finish off their S.
I'm in Perth, so would need to do something about the freight.
email me if you are interested.

    hi Jeff
I'm not sure what makes this an S lid? but I would be happy to swap you for a good later lid that I have.

My understanding is that the earlier cars, including the S between 65 and 68 had the two panel decklids that I currently have. Later cars after 68, had the single panel and as my car is 71, then that's what I need to be period correct.

I'm really just trying to help someone out as the early decklids seem quite expensive compared with the later ones, but I'm just looking to do a swap, if someone is trying to get the correct decklid for their early resto.

Its 64-mid 68my lid depending on badge placement.

                  Still looking for a trade.
On review, Chris thought his was not good enough to trade, which is very decent of him, so still looking.
